    High School Grads to 30-somethings gather monthly for lunch to enjoy each other's company, support one another, and grow deeper in our friendship as we share life together! Bring your own monies for lunch (different location each month and we rotate who gets to choose lunch place). Meet in the gym at 12:15pm and then we'll head out for lunch.     Shepherd’s Board of Elders has decided to celebrate Ascension Day on the date specifically set aside to commemorate Christ's Ascension: 40 days after His Resurrection. Our Ascension Day Service this year is May 9, 6:30pm, with Holy Communion. Please make plans to join us to celebrate this important day in the life of our Lord Jesus and in the life of the Church!

    VBS registration is now open! As we've hopped into Easter it's now time to get your scuba gear on and dive into friendship with God! You can register TODAY in the Gym or click on the registration link below. VBS is for kids 3 years old and potty trained to current 5th graders. Space is limited this year so don't wait! Cost $45 per kid (discounts for more than 1 child).

    VBS Registration opened on Easter and now it's your turn to help us DIVE even deeper into our preparations. This is a great opportunity for our whole congregation to come together and spread God's Word to kids and their families. Here are ways you can DIVE IN and make a difference.

Missionary of the Month

Rev. Tim & Heidi Norton  |  Navajo


Pastor Tim and his family are members of Lutheran Indian Ministries and the LCMS mission outreach. Pastor Tim is the missionary at Shepherd of the Valley, Navajo, New Mexico, establishing programs in the Navajo language to share salvation and forgiveness through Christ.


The Navajo continue to struggle after COVID with poverty, addiction, and homelessness. Pastor Tim preaches hope in the certainty of salvation through Jesus Christ. He also brings hope and help by providing after-school activities and food distribution.
