In order to best help you with your communication and/or facility request needs, please fill out the Communication Request Form. Please fill out as much information for your request/event as you can. This is a request only and will be reviewed by staff for ministry goals. You will receive a reply to your request if there are any conflicts or if further clarification is needed.
SUBMISSION DEADLINES
Community-Wide Event:
3-4 months prior to the event date (example: Fall Festival, Peach Sales, Annual Auction, VBS)
Church-Wide Event:
6-8 weeks prior to the event date (example: Xtreme, SHYP, Sandwich Sundays)
Event Promotion or Announcement on Social Media or Website:
2-3 week minimum
Website Updates:
2-3 weeks
REMEMBER- your deadline is not the day of the event; your deadline is at least two to three weeks before we need to start advertising your event (newsletters, announcements etc.) These deadlines give the staff and ministry team time to approve, develop and properly promote your event. If a question/section does not apply to you, please skip it.
